The manual process of creating and reviewing documents was not only time-intensive but also prone to human error, often requiring weekly meetings to find and fix mistakes. Concurrency collaborated with Microsoft to implement an AI-driven document review system that automates the analysis of three essential order-related documents: quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders. At the core of the solution is a Sales Order AI model that leverages anomaly detection and document intelligence to compare data across documents and flag inconsistencies.

The system was built using Azure Functions for back-end processing and integrated with Microsoft’s Document Intelligence service to extract structured data from inbound documents. A Logic App with an O365 connector monitors shared inboxes and initiates workflows automatically. AI Foundry was used to detect anomalies, while Power Automate handles communications, sending out detailed analysis reports with recommended corrections. This intelligent automation drastically reduces the need for manual reviews and mitigates the risk of errors.
