Tell us about your current role and your journey here at Concurrency thus far?
I’ve been with Concurrency for almost 4 years now as Talent Acquisition Partner and I’m having the time of my life. I am thriving in a role where no two days are the same, all the while being inspired to explore and develop new creative strategies. I've been very fortunate to have been very successful in recruiting and am always up for any challenge that comes my way.  

What does being a Change Agent mean to you?
By being a Change Agent, I understand what motivates people and drives business and believe success comes from thinking differently and outside the box. Being an authentic and engaging storyteller, I’ve built an enviable network through trust and cultivating professional relationships which is an important part of the Change Agent practice and lifestyle.  

What inspires you and/or how is the work you are doing positively impacting organizations? 
My passion is building relationships, both internally and externally. I’m a natural people connector and making a positive impact to people’s lives is everything to me. I take pride in providing a person with a career opportunity allowing them to grow professionally and personally. These kinds of experiences changes lives for a lot of people, and it fuels my passion, even more, to be a part of that positive change.
