Tell us about your current role and your journey here at Concurrency thus far?
It has been a fun journey with Concurrency so far. I started as a Customer Success Intern and spent my internship honing my skills and building impactful relationships with clients and the team of wonderful technical and delivery specialists here at Concurrency. I was then offered my current full-time position as a Project Manager. In this role I help deliver projects and track the progress of the technical team throughout engagements, and focus on being that common thread for our clients. I strive to be a resource to answer our clients’ questions and connect them to the proper people within Concurrency for them to reach their business goals. 

What does being a Change Agent mean to you?
A Change Agent to me is a person who can bridge the gap between current state and future state. This is someone who can visualize the completion of a business goal or aspiration, and can promptly build a plan to get them there. Change can be difficult, and a Change Agent knows and accepts this, and plans for the best outcome. They fluidly adjust and adapt that plan as we encounter the difficulties of change.

What inspires you and/or how is the work you are doing positively impacting organizations?
I am truly inspired by the professionalism, resilience, and dedication of my fellow Concurrency consultants. There is not a day that goes by where I am not impressed by the drive and motivation of my coworkers. When it comes to my fellow Project Managers, we are all constantly encouraging each other and sharing best practices, which ultimately benefits not only the team, but our clients as well.
