Tell us about your current role and your journey here at Concurrency thus far?
I started at Concurrency in February of 2018. I was initially working with the productivity tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Having already been exposed and worked with the Power Platform brought the opportunity alongside great leaders to lead the formation of our Power Platform practice, where I now spend the majority of my time. Through that opportunity, I gained many experiences that I will carry with me throughout my career.
What does being a Change Agent mean to you?
The deep desire to learn and passion for educating others is how I have always described being a change agent. It's not only the management that drives and makes time for those things but your coworkers as well
What inspires you and/or how is the work you are doing positively impacting organizations?
I think it's working with others [at Concurrency] and being able to learn from other people. Everyone brings different experiences. We have very niche folks that specialize in particular pieces of each project.
While I performed my duties on a project, I have the pleasure to watch others do their part on the project, and I have learned a lot from that. Being able to learn from experts in their domain, from the CIO to developers, is my absolute favorite part about where I work.
