While I was at Microsoft in the early Cloud adoption days, there was a lot of celebration surrounding a shift to the Azure. Here we are - eight years after I first started working in Cloud services and going on three years removed from Microsoft - many customers are still adopting basic elements, such as storage, while others are creating new business models leveraging Cloud technologies.
